I received my Personalized! Melanated colorful bag and love it! I appreciated the excellent customer service and the accommodations for the customization of the bag. Ordering was simple, with quick turnaround and shipment to Canada. I am excited to give this gift to my sister for her birthday.

Great service by the Vendor. The order was not as expected initially but later it was fixed quickly. The product was great and met expectations.

A different desk mat was sent to me. When I contacted the seller, she discovered it was a printing error. She immediately contacted me, fixed the order, and as a courtesy, shipped a tote bag of the same design free of charge. I highly recommend the seller. Her customer service was impeccable, and I definitely will be ordering from her again.
